About Aura:


Aura attends LeTourneau University’s Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
program. She has been involved in work with human trafficking survivors and
has led numerous therapeutic groups. She also leads a non-profit
organization that focuses on providing mental health services to impoverished
communities in South America. Aura also services adults, young adults, and
minorities.

Aura focuses on:

CBT, Christian Counseling, EMDR, Suicide Prevention and Intervention, Integrative Psychotherapy, Life-Transitions, Bilingual Services, Group Therapy, General Counseling Methods. Individual and couples counseling both in English and in Spanish.

Counseling is a wonderful process utilized by many to lead a more fulfilled life.
I look forward to walking with you on this journey. My desire is that individuals
would become the best versions of themselves, conquer life-obstacles and
overcome emotions and experiences that are holding them back. Everyone
should feel equipped to own their life and see their goals come to fruition.
