Higher Hopes Counseling is proud to partner with Better Days Psychiatry & Rockwall Heath Counseling in offering comprehensive therapy care to our Dallas, Rockwall, Heath and North Texas counseling community. We've partnered with Better Days Psychiatry for your psychiatric assessments, medication management and counseling assessment needs. 

With same week appointments available in the comfort of our offices, you will always be able to access the care you need.

With in-house and virtual options available exclusively to our clients on Friday mornings in the RHC Rockwall Office, we can schedule you within the week with our partner and RHC Better Days Psychiatry Psychiatric Practitioner,

Kosi Ngozi-Ibeh, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Your first appointments (for psychiatric care only) are set in the Rockwall Heath Counseling Office on Monday mornings, and then you have the ability's to switch to telehealth for medication management after

the initial intake and diagnostic appointment.

You will be able to get your prescriptions refill requests completed or get an appointment with ease.

Better Days Psychiatry

Kosi is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kosi works with individuals from ages 10-65, meeting them wherever they are on their unique life journeys. Kosi's approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. She strives to break down the barriers and stigmas surrounding mental health by creating a safe and non-judgmental space, while empowering individuals to embrace their inner strengths, and navigate life's challenges with resilience.

Psychiatric Care Cash Pay Rates

Psychiatric Evaluations : 1 hour at $250
Follow up visits/Medication Management: 30 minutes at $125
