Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor

 Sara holds a MA in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, a MA in Church and Community Ministries from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BA in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.

Life is complicated. It’s full of ups and downs, twists and turns. Navigating the unexpected events of life can be challenging. Perhaps you’re feeling lost or like you’ve taken a wrong turn. Perhaps your life seems stalled or stuck in a ditch. Wherever you are on life’s journey, you don’t have to go it alone. My goal is to join you on your journey, help lighten your load and get you moving towards your destination.

Sara has been married to her husband for 20 years and has two children, one in elementary school and one in high school. Her professional background includes work in education with adults, women, students and children, in addition to serving in non-profits and churches. Her drive in her professional life has always been to help people along on life’s journey.
