Message from Farrah

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate pain and find security in their lives. My approach is rooted in attachment theory and emphasizes holistic care—integrating the mind, body, and soul. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can be vulnerable and heal from complex trauma, relationship wounds, and everyday challenges. As a therapist, my role is to foster an environment where clients feel seen and valued while equipping them with education, practical strategies, and encouragement to walk in the wholeness of who Christ created them to be.

A Note to Parents

With warmth and empathy, I connect deeply with individuals through my diverse background as both an educator and a mother. Having worked in both public and private school settings, I understand the unique challenges adolescents and families face. I am here to provide guidance, support, and a compassionate space to navigate life’s complexities together.
