At the age of 16, I began my professional career at Zion Lutheran Church and School, my childhood church. Starting with child care responsibilities, I quickly transitioned to the role of church receptionist, where I dedicated several years of service. Following that, I joined a Lutheran church in Rowlett as the Assistant Director of Child Care.

 

During this time, I became a proud mother of two incredible sons, Tyler and Hunter. As they grew, I made the decision to become a stay-at-home mother and devote myself to their upbringing.

 

However, life took an unexpected turn when I faced a profound tragedy. It was during this challenging period that I experienced a transformative awakening, guided by my faith. Recognizing a calling from God, I embarked on a new path of helping others through biblical counseling.

 

To equip myself with the necessary skills and knowledge, I pursued my Master Certified Biblical Counseling Certificate at Light University. I am a Certified Youth Mental Health Coach with AACC and in a Masters Diploma program for Bibical Counseling with a focus on youth and trauma. This educational journey deepened my understanding and prepared me to provide support and guidance to those in need.

 

Currently, I am honored to be part of the Higher Hopes Counseling Team, where I serve as a compassionate and dedicated counselor. It is my mission to offer healing and encouragement to individuals who are seeking solace, drawing upon the principles of biblical counseling.

 

With my warm personality, unwavering faith, and commitment to making a positive impact, I continue to inspire and transform the lives of those I have the privilege to assist.
